
VARAHA TEAM UP WITH VIDEOGRAPHER, DAVID LEEP, FOR NEW VIDEO RELEASE; SPEAK TO NBC TV ABOUT SUPPORTING CHICAGO ARTS SCENE
Chicago’s VARAHA have teamed up with videographer, David Leep, to create a haunting cinematic view of the city during the Covid-19 lockdown, titled Karantinas. The footage was shot by David around the deserted streets of Chicago and set to the soundtrack of VARAHA’s track Disbelief, taken from their 2019 album, A Passage For Lost Years – and was featured today on NBC.

PROSTHETIC RECORDS SIGN ASTRALBORNE; FIRST SINGLE STREAMING NOW
Prosthetic Records has signed Ohio-based three piece, ASTRALBORNE
and will release their debut album, Eternity’s End, next month. The first track to be taken from the album is Paragon Amiss which is available to listen to below and via all streaming platforms. Eternity’s End will be released on May 29, and pre-orders are available HERE.

South Carolina’s only grind band, WVRM, will stream their Prosthetic debut full length, COLONY COLLAPSE, today, April 2nd, one day ahead of its worldwide release. Taking part on YouTube, the band’s frontman, Ian Nix, will be chatting about the album, answering questions and helping pass the time during this worldwide lockdown.

Canadian doom quartet, LOVIATAR, have today premiered a new track from their forthcoming album, Lightless. The track, titled Horse In Thrall, has an accompanying performance video, filmed by Andrew Robillard at Wolf Lake Studios in November 2019.
