ABHORIA are today premiering Sunless – the third single to be taken from their upcoming self-titled debut album – and its accompanying music video via Decibel Magazine. Sunless‘ visual was produced by Chariot of Black Moth, setting ABHORIA‘s dystopian black metal to disquieting black and white footage of barren wastelands and forlorn figures.

Having recently inked a deal with Prosthetic Records, dystopian black metal trio ABHORIA have today released False Idols – the second single to be taken from the Los Angeles, CA band’s upcoming self-titled debut album. Alongside False Idols’ release, ABHORIA have also shared an accompanying visualizer that features an extensive exploration of their debut album’s artwork. The video was deftly produced by Aimed & Framed.

Coinciding with their US tour alongside Fotocrime, FOOL’S GHOST

have today released a cover of Nirvana’s Something In The Way. Comprised of both Nick Thieneman (Young Widows, Breather Resist) and Amber Thieneman (Liberation Prophecy, Sandpaper Dolls), FOOL’S GHOST place their signature sound of disquieting doom and dark folk on their rendition of one of Nirvana’s most revered songs.

Having self-released their debut self-titled EP in 2020, BATTLE BORN are currently preparing for an eight day UK tour in May and June of next year before unveiling plans of new music in 2022.

Following on from the April release of their acclaimed sophomore full length, Lake Drinker, Sweden’s HORNDAL have today announced plans to release a new two-track single – titled Be Evil. The self-proclaimed rust metal band from the eponymous town of Horndal expand upon their true-to-life horror story, with Be Evil and b-side track Deceiver taking aim at the evils of their hometown’s deforestation and big tech hypocrisy.

Accompanying the signing announcement, ABHORIA have shared news of their self-titled debut album – due out on February 4. The Los Angeles, California band, which features members of Ashen Horde, Catheter and Vimana, have also today shared the album’s lead single, Mountebank, and its accompanying music video directed by Igor Borovac.

Composed of members of Hellish Form, Cabin Fire, Amenthes and more, ELDER DEVIL’s signing follows a string of EP releases and their 2019 full length, The Light Dimmed Eternal. Accompanying the announcement the band have shared a full set live performance from Chinatown, with the audio being available as pay what you want via ELDER DEVIL‘s Bandcamp page on Friday (November 5).

The band has recently completed work on the follow up to 2018’s debut full length, Loss, with more news due in the coming months. ETERNITY’S END have today released Hounds of Tindalos – the third single to be taken from the band’s upcoming third full-length, Embers Of War. Alongside the single release, the European technical power metal five-piece have also produced a music video for the track. The visual presentation showcases ETERNITY’S END performing within a futuristic setting, reflective of Embers Of Wars‘ sci-fi inspired themes.

PUPIL SLICER are today premiering a new music video for their track, Collective Unconscious, via Knotfest. The six and a half minute missive is taken from the band’s debut full length, Mirrors, released in March of this year via Prosthetic Records. Collective Unconscious is available as a digital single featuring live versions of Mirrors Are More Fun Than Television and a cover of Converge’s Concubine as b-sides. The highly stylized visual, produced by Cineoteric Films, depicts the band performing within a theatre alongside choreographed dance and performance by Liam Hill – tying together Collective Unconscious‘ lyrical narrative.
