London, UK black metal act CALLIGRAM have today shared a new single, Ostranenie, from their upcoming album, Position | Momentum. Ostranenie is the third track to be taken their sophomore full-length, which is due out via Prosthetic Records on July 14. On Ostranenie, CALLIGRAM expand ever further on Position | Momentum‘s celebration of chaos. Alongside the new single, CALLIGRAM have also recently announced UK tour dates in July – with further details below.

Newcastle, UK band CREAK has today announced their signing to Prosthetic Records, with plans to release their debut album Depth Perception on August 18. Alongside the signing and album announcement, CREAK has shared the lead single Restless Dreams with an accompanying music video directed by Zak Pinchin. On their first full-length CREAK present a volatile mix of nu-metal, hardcore and metalcore, and Depth Perception is sure to propel CREAK towards the upper echelons of the UK underground.

Prosthetic Records labelmates FIRES IN THE DISTANCE and DAWN OF OUROBOROS has today announced live dates for October in the US as part of their co-headlining The Perseverance of Light tour. Both FIRES IN THE DISTANCE and DAWN OF OUROBOROS‘ latest albums were released in April, and the ten date run stretches from Chicago, IL to a solo date in New Orleans for DAWN OF OUROBOROS – with further details below.

ASTRALBORNE has today shared their new single and music video, Nocturneous. Nocturneous is the second track to be taken from the Midwest melodic death metal trio’s forthcoming sophomore album, Across the Aeons, and features a guest guitar solo by Steve Redmond (FORETOKEN). Baltimore, Maryland black metal band NIXIL has today announced their signing to Prosthetic Records, with their forthcoming sophomore album – and Prosthetic debut – From the Wound Spilled Forth Fire set for release on August 25. Alongside the signing and album announcement, NIXIL are currently premiering the lead single and accompanying music video Collapsing the Poles via Knotfest. Collapsing the Poles serves as an introduction to From the Wound Spilled Forth Fire’s spiritual themes of liberation through abyssal exploration.

are today premiering an acoustic rendition of their single, Transcend the Ghost, via Decibel. Transcend the Ghost was originally taken from their 2011 album Reports from the Threshold of Death, with the newest iteration of the track serving as a fresh reenvisioning of the song through a filmic perspective by 10 Seconds to Comply – a Philadelphia / Detroit film production nexus of writer Andrew Bonazelli, DP / director Manny OA and DP / director Ken Whiting.

PUPIL SLICER have today shared a new single and music video, titled Momentary Actuality. Momentary Actuality is the third and final pre-release single to be taken from their forthcoming second album, Blossom, due for release on June 2 via Prosthetic Records. The music video further expands upon PUPIL SLICER‘s hard science fiction/cosmic horror rock opera storyline for Blossom, with David Gregory once again providing visual direction.

Australian death metal trio WEREWOLVES have today announced plans to release their fourth album, My Enemies Look and Sound Like Me, via Prosthetic Records on August 11. Alongside the album announcement, the band has shared lead single Under the Ground with an accompanying music video. In WEREWOLVES’ own words, Under the Ground is the death metal equivalent of Tupac’s ‘Hit ‘Em Up’ and takes issue with metal, the bands, the fans, and themselves.
