Louisville, Kentucky blackened melodic death metal band, VOLCANDRA has today announced their forthcoming second album, The Way of Ancients, which is due for release via Prosthetic Records on March 1. Alongside the album announcement, VOLCANDRA are currently premiering the lead single and accompanying music video, Fouled Sanctity, via Decibel.

Louisville, KY's VOLCANDRA have today shared a new music video for Resonance Cascade, taken from the melodic black metal groups recently released Border World EP. Pulling inspiration from the seminal first person shooter Half Life, the music video features a special guest appearance from Inferi guitarist Mike Low - who lent his playing to one of the track's solos. VOLCANDRA are currently on tour in the US in support of Border World, with more information on upcoming shows below.

Recent Prosthetic signees, VOLCANDRA have today released their new EP, titled Border World, via the Los Angeles heavy metal label. The Louisville, KY group's latest release features four songs of highly ambitious sci-fi inspired melodic black metal, featuring a plethora of fantasy video game references within their songwriting and lyrics.
