Doom metal experimentalists, VILE CREATURE, have today premiered a new track from their upcoming new album, Glory, Glory! Apathy Took Helm! The track is titled When The Path Is Unclear, and it is streaming now exclusively via Decibel magazine alongside an excerpt from an interview due to be published in full in the print magazine. The album will be released on June 19 and is available to pre-order now.

WVRM have today premiered a new music video that is soundtracked by two blistering tracks from their recent album release, Colony Collapse. The South Carolina grindcore outfit have joined the tracks Black Flags Toward Sodom (Me Ne Frego) and Tank Reaper in an unholy double feature, which is premiering now via Decibel magazine’s website. Colony Collapse was released in April, and is available to purchase now.

Power metal ensemble, JUDICATOR, have today released the second single from their upcoming album, Let There Be Nothing. The track is titled Tomorrow’s Sun; the audio can be heard now via the YouTube link below, and the song will hit streaming services tomorrow. Let There Be Nothing is due for release via Prosthetic on July 24 – pre-orders for Let There Be Nothing are available now.

Prosthetic Records has signed melodic death metal outfit, FIRES IN THE DISTANCE. The Connecticut four-piece will release their debut album, titled Echoes From Deep November, via the label this September. To mark the signing, the band have released a video for their track, The Climb, which was filmed under locked down conditions in recent weeks. Prosthetic Records has signed Irish thrashers, GAMA BOMB, who are currently preparing to record an album for release in the fall. Today they have announced a stand alone single that will benefit homelessness charity, Dublin Simon Community. Produced by guitarist Domo Dixon with additional drum production by the band’s long-term producer Scott Atkins (Cradle Of Filth, Sylosis), and featuring the band’s former drummer Paul Caffrey, Living For The Lockdown is available to stream everywhere from today.

Ohio-based melodic death metal three piece, ASTRALBORNE have released a new track and lyric video today. The song is called Transcendence of Flesh and is available to listen to on all streaming platforms. The album, Eternity’s End, will be released on May 29, and pre-orders are available HERE.

Offbeat Australian artist Rebel Wizard has returned with a full-length LP of heavy negative wizard metal that follows 2018’s critically acclaimed Voluptuous Worship of Rapture and Reponse (which received “Best Of” accolades from Pitchfork, Metal Hammer, LA Weekly, Kerrang!, Metal Sucks, Stereogum and more). His new 10-song album, Magickal Mystical Indifference, will be released July 10th on Prosthetic Records. Today, Rebel Wizard has shared the album’s first single “not rain but the wizards tears” of which he comments, “You might remember the day last year where upon the entire globe was drenched in non-stop rain. Well, let us reveal the truth of that down pour. It was on that day the wizard held his cat as she was injected with the no more. So it was not rain but the wizards tears. The song did then follow.”
