Heavy alternative progressive outfit, FOUR STROKE BARON, have today released their version of The Beatles’ Mean Mr. Mustard. The track is taken from their new album, Monoqueen, which will feature six cover songs in total, plus five re-recordings from their debut self-released album, King Radio. Doom metal experimentalists, VILE CREATURE, have today premiered a new track from their upcoming new album, Glory, Glory! Apathy Took Helm! The track is titled When The Path Is Unclear, and it is streaming now exclusively via Decibel magazine alongside an excerpt from an interview due to be published in full in the print magazine. The album will be released on June 19 and is available to pre-order now.

WVRM have today premiered a new music video that is soundtracked by two blistering tracks from their recent album release, Colony Collapse. The South Carolina grindcore outfit have joined the tracks Black Flags Toward Sodom (Me Ne Frego) and Tank Reaper in an unholy double feature, which is premiering now via Decibel magazine’s website. Colony Collapse was released in April, and is available to purchase now.

Power metal ensemble, JUDICATOR, have today released the second single from their upcoming album, Let There Be Nothing. The track is titled Tomorrow’s Sun; the audio can be heard now via the YouTube link below, and the song will hit streaming services tomorrow. Prosthetic Records has signed melodic death metal outfit, FIRES IN THE DISTANCE. The Connecticut four-piece will release their debut album, titled Echoes From Deep November, via the label this September. Prosthetic Records has signed Irish thrashers, GAMA BOMB, who are currently preparing to record an album for release in the fall. Today they have announced a stand alone single that will benefit homelessness charity, Dublin Simon Community. Produced by guitarist Domo Dixon with additional drum production by the band’s long-term producer Scott Atkins (Cradle Of Filth, Sylosis), and featuring the band’s former drummer Paul Caffrey, Living For The Lockdown is available to stream everywhere from today.
